The soulsync.app website and the Soulsync mobile app (together, "the Service") are a brand and product published by Boost Studio SAS.

Hosting
The Service's servers are operated within the European Union by:
Vercel Inc. for the front-end layer (Edge distribution in Europe, main datacenters located in Frankfurt, Germany).
Supabase Pte. Ltd. for the data layer (database and encrypted storage, datacenters located in Frankfurt, Germany, in the eu-central-1 region).
All of our users' personal data is stored exclusively within the European Union.
Intellectual property
The entire Service, source code, software architecture, interface, visual identity, editorial content, illustrations, photographs, videos, sounds, as well as the name "Cupidon" designating the conversational assistant, is protected by the provisions of Books I and III of the French Intellectual Property Code.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation, in whole or in part, on any medium and by any means, is prohibited without the prior written authorization of Boost Studio SAS, except for the exceptions strictly listed in Article L. 122-5 of the Intellectual Property Code.
Any unauthorized use will engage the civil and criminal liability of its author (Articles L. 335-2 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code).
Trademarks and distinctive signs
The trademarks Soulsync®, Cupidon®, Connexion Day®, together with the logos and distinctive signs that accompany them, are the exclusive property of Boost Studio SAS and are registered with the French National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI).
Any reproduction without express prior authorization constitutes infringement, sanctioned by Articles L. 713-2 and L. 713-3 of the Intellectual Property Code.
Photo credits
The photographs and illustrations on the Service are either the property of Boost Studio SAS, or used under a duly acquired license from their authors or rights holders, or sourced from royalty-free image banks under the applicable license terms.
No user photograph appearing on the institutional site is published without the prior written consent of the person concerned, in accordance with Article 9 of the Civil Code and Article 226-1 of the Criminal Code.
Hyperlinks
Creating hyperlinks to the Service is permitted provided they do not harm the image, interests or reputation of Boost Studio SAS, and create no confusion as to the origin of the content.
Boost Studio SAS cannot be held responsible for the content or practices of third parties to which external links may point within the Service.
Editorial responsibility
The publisher strives to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. It cannot, however, be held responsible for unintentional errors or omissions, nor for the consequences of any non-compliant use of the Service.
In accordance with Articles 6-I-2 and 6-I-3 of the LCEN, the publisher cannot be held responsible for content published by users themselves, provided that, once duly informed of its manifestly unlawful nature, it acts promptly to remove access to it.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
This legal notice is governed by French law.
Any dispute relating to its interpretation or performance shall, failing an amicable resolution, fall within the jurisdiction of the courts within the jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal of Aix-en-Provence, subject to the mandatory rules applicable to consumers.
Consumer mediation
In accordance with Articles L. 611-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the consumer user has the right to use a consumer mediator free of charge for the amicable resolution of any dispute with Boost Studio SAS, after a prior written complaint to the publisher has remained unanswered for two months.
